Sherri Berry is the best Realtor we have ever used! We have either bought or sold eleven times; and this last home sale was the most positive one.
In preparation for selling a family-owned condo in Provo, Sherri helped us with the following:
List of names and phone numbers for handymen, electricians, plumbers, sheet rock, painting, and house cleaners to update the home.
She also kept in regarding home trends and shifts and helped with paperwork. She suggested changing the light bulbs to LED's; helped getting all the hard-water stains off the basement windows;
sanded and painted some sheet rock. Best of all, she kept in touch almost daily.
Our home was on the market for three days. We had multiple offers and accepted the one that was full price and cash.
In comparison with the home appraisal before we started ing the updating process, the price went up substantially. We spent $19,000.00 on improvements, and the home sold for $125,000.00 more than
the previously appraised price with some work done by me and my husband.
